AHL and ECHL Collective Bargaining Agreements
The Professional Hockey Players' Association (PHPA) represents professional hockey players of the American Hockey League (AHL), and the ECHL (formerly known as the East Coast Hockey League).
The primary function of the Association is to negotiate collective employment agreements on behalf of its Members with the affiliated leagues. These agreements cover such things as working conditions, salary and benefits.
