The PHPA Offices are regularly open Monday to Friday (save Canadian statutory holidays) during the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM EST. At all times while the office is open there is a live person available to take your calls.

Occasionally, for holidays and internal staff functions the office may be closed. If this is the case, a message will be left on the office answering machine to answer all queries.
