Toronto Marlies Contest Winners Announced

As part of the PHPA’s “Down the Stretch” sale, every time a customer purchased five (5) card sets from February 1 through April 1, their name was entered into a draw to win one of five limited edition Toronto Marlies team trading card sets.

The following five contest winners were drawn by PHPA Executive Director, Larry Landon, on Wednesday, April 2, 2008:

Each winner will receive a complete, limited edition, 2007-08 Toronto Marlies team set.

    Former ECHL Player Baird Severely Burned In Accident

    The ECHL and its member teams extend their thoughts and prayers to former ECHL player Jason Baird, who is in stable condition at the Akron (Ohio) Burn Center after he was seriously burned on July 24 when the lawn mower he was riding exploded.
