Licensing & Licensed Products

Through the Group Licensing Authorization Program, the PHPA licenses the use of all authorized Members' names and likenesses to approved licensees, in order to produce products such as trading cards, video games, photographs, as well as other collectibles and novelties.

The licensing practices employed by the PHPA do not authorize individual or dual endorsements, nor do they prevent individual Members from securing their own endorsements/marketing agreements. Members may opt-out of a proposed license if it conflicts with any other agreements they may have entered on their own.

The licensing process begins with each prospective licensee completing a License Information Request Form (PDF). Completed forms may be emailed to the PHPA at web@phpa.com. The completed form is then reviewed by the PHPA, with a decision being rendered post-review. The completed form may also be mailed to:

Upper Deck Co.
