NIAGARA FALLS, ON…The Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA) is pleased to announce a new partnership with CEP Mindset, a leading Mental Performance Coaching firm for hockey players.

CEP Mindset helps players achieve Consistent Elite Performance by developing personalized strategies that deliver repeatable and reliable results to improve their mental game.

As part of the partnership, any PHPA Member or Alumni can take the online CEP Mindset Assessment for free.  Results are then provided along with an initial outline of the mental skills to prioritize.  Members also have an opportunity to apply for a free one-on-one introductory session with a CEP Mindset Mental Performance Coach and will receive a 10% discount if they sign up for a one-on-one program.  

CEP Mindset was Founded by Dr. Cassidy Preston, who has spent the past 20 years developing and refining the 3-step CEP Mindset System that has helped thousands of athletes and high performers with the mental aspect of their game.  Dr. Preston played parts of three seasons in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) plus five seasons split between York University and the University of Toronto, and understands first-hand the importance of a personalized mental game.

The CEP Mindset program is not limited to just professional athletes.  It is available to youth and amateur athletes across all sports, as well as any business executives and professionals.
