(NIAGARA FALLS, ON) The Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA) and SportContract are pleased to announce a new multi-year partnership establishing SportContract as the Official Advanced Data Analytics provider of the PHPA and PHPA Alumni Network.

The Switzerland-based SportContract GmbH is an industry-leading company whose innovative web and mobile app platform offers users access to game-by-game detailed analytical reports, as well as statistical breakdowns including corresponding data-specific video.  The SportContract platform is currently being utilized by players, professional teams, federation offices, leagues, coaches, scouts, agencies, and management for coaching, player development, statistical analysis, and scouting purposes. 

SportContract’s platform offers top-notch video quality of games paired with structured video/data analytics, making data come to life through clickable video clips, custom playlists, and detailed reports.  The next-generation video tagging editor simplifies assessments with in-depth scouting reports.

As part of the agreement, SportContract will offer its entire platform to all PHPA Members free of charge for the remainder of the 2023-24 season and off-season along with trial accounts for the PHPA Alumni Network.  Further, SportContract will become a Presenting Partner of the PHPA Annual Meeting of Player Representatives.
