The Professional Hockey Players’ Association and BioSteel Sports are pleased to announce the March 2015 BioSteel Players of the Month from the American Hockey League (AHL) and ECHL.
Andrew Agozzino of the Lake Erie Monsters receives the AHL BioSteel Award for demonstrating high performance and consistency throughout the month. In 13 games played, Agozzino recorded 8 goals and 13 assists for 21 points, showed +3, and registered points in 12 of 13 games, including 6 multi point games.
In the ECHL, Jeff Jakaitis of the South Carolina Stingrays receives the BioSteel Award for his high performance and consistent play, posting an 8-0-0 record, a 1.29 goals against average, .949 save percentage, and earned 4 consecutive shutouts which set a new ECHL record. Jakaitis helped the Stingrays to their ECHL record 23rd straight victory during the month.
Both players will receive complementary BioSteel product in recognition of their accomplishments throughout the month.
