(Niagara Falls, ON) The Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA) officially launched its new mobile PHPA Players App today at the Annual Meeting of Player Representatives.  The app, available exclusively for PHPA Members, can be downloaded from the App store on any iPhone or Android smart phone. 

The app will allow players to receive important messages and notifications from the PHPA, read the latest PHPA news, view Recent Signings and contract information in real time, access important contact information, and more.

The PHPA Players mobile app was developed by Hifyre, who also developed the www.callredline.com website and associated branding materials for the PHPA Redline program (Membership Assistance Program).  

“The PHPA is excited to launch our mobile app, serving as another tool to help elevate communication with our Membership, and representing the next step in our digital marketing strategy,” said Darryl Dionne, Director of Marketing, Communications, and Business Development for the PHPA. “Hifyre did an amazing job as we took into account the uniqueness of communicating with a somewhat transient Membership base, and I am confident the players will be happy with the end result.”
