The Professional Hockey Players’ Association and BioSteel are pleased to announce the February 2020 PHPA-BioSteel Performer of the Month Award recipients from the American Hockey League (AHL) and ECHL. 

Reid Boucher of the Utica Comets receives the AHL BioSteel Award for his high performance and consistency demonstrated throughout the month of February.  Boucher recorded 7 goals and 6 assists for 13 points and plus-minus rating of +9 over eight games played with the Comets in February.  His outstanding month included points in seven of eight games, including a 5-point night February 28^th vs the Toronto Marlies.  Boucher currently sits second in AHL scoring with 63 points in 49 games.

In the ECHL, Tomas Sholl of the Idaho Steelheads receives the BioSteel Award for demonstrating high performance and consistency.  In the month of February, Sholl earned 7 wins in eight games played well sporting a .939 save percentage 1.75 goals against average, giving up two or less goals in six of the eight games played with one shutout.  Sholl is currently tied for most wins in the ECHL with 26.
