The Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA) and BioSteel are pleased to announce the PHPA – BioSteel Performer of the Month Award recipients for the month of April.

In the AHL, forward Dylan Sikura of the Colorado Eagles recieves the BioSteel Performer of the Month Award for his consistency and performance throughout the month of April. Dylan recorded points in all but one of his teams games, helping the Eagles clinch a playoff berth and third place in their division. Throughout the final 10 games, Sikura put up 18 points (11 goals + 7 assists) and earned a rating of +12. Dylan also had a four-point night on April 16th and recorded a hat-trick in his teams last regular season game on April 23rd.

Benjamin Tardif of the ECHL’s Utah Grizzlies recieves the BioSteel Performer of the Month Award for demonstrating high performance and consistent play by earning 21 points in 11 games with a +7 rating. In his teams final six games, he recorded two three-point nights for a total of 10 points (3 goals + 7 assits) and has continued production into the playoffs where he put up 11 points (2 goals + 9 assists) to close out the month of April. His above two point per game production in the playoffs has put him at the top of the league in playoff points thus far.
