The Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA) and BioSteel are pleased to announce the PHPA – BioSteel Performer of the Month Award recipients for the month of November.
Jakob Pelletier of the Calgary Wranglers receives the BioSteel Performer of the Month Award for his high performance and consistent play during the second month of the season. Pelletier recorded points in 10 of 12 games (7 goals and 10 assists), including a 10-game point scoring streak from November 6 – 27th and was +4 during the month. The native of Quebec City was selected by the Calgary Flames in the first round of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
In the ECHL, Orrin Centazzo of the Newfoundland Growlers receives the BioSteel Performer of the Month Award for demonstrating high performance and consistency. In 11 games during November, Centazzo notched 18 points, including 10 goals and 8 assists and was +15. His strong play was rewarded with a a recall to the AHL with the Toronto Marlies.
Both players will receive a prize package courtesy of BioSteel in recognition of their accomplishments throughout the month.
