The Professional Hockey Players’ Association and BioSteel Sports are pleased to announce the November 2015 BioSteel Player of the Month Award recipients from the American Hockey League (AHL) and ECHL.
William Nylander of the Toronto Marlies receives the AHL BioSteel Award for his high performance and consistency demonstrated throughout the month. In eleven games played, Nylander tallied 5 goals and 11 assists for 16 points, while showing +3. He registered at least one point in 10 of 11 games, and currently leads the AHL in scoring.
In the ECHL, Dan Altshuller of the Florida Everblades receives the BioSteel Award for demonstrating high performance and consistent play, posting a 5-0-0 record to go along with a sparkling 0.80 goals against average and .968 save percentage. His goals against average and save percentage are both a league best, while his 3 shutouts during November put him atop the league standings in that category as well.
Both players will receive a prize package courtesy of BioSteel in recognition of their accomplishments throughout the month of November.
