The Professional Hockey Players’ Association and BioSteel Sports are pleased to announce the October 2015 BioSteel Player of the Month from the American Hockey League (AHL) and ECHL.
Devin Shore of the Texas Stars receives the AHL BioSteel Award for his high performance and consistency throughout the month. In nine games played, Shore tallied 8 goals and 3 assists for 11 points, while showing +7. He registered at least one point in 8 of 9 games, and was rewarded with a recall to the Dallas Stars on November 1st.
In the ECHL, Josh Robinson of the Missouri Mavericks receives the BioSteel Award for demonstrating high performance and consistent play, posting a 4-0-0-1 record in 5 games to go along with a sparkling 0.98 goals against average and .960 save percentage. He currently leads the ECHL in save percentage and shutouts (2), and has played the third most minutes of any ECHL goaltender this season.
